Why Cash Flow Is More Important Than Revenue

Pay me for five weeks to pay my employees so what I had to do is I'd have to take you know give a client five hundred dollars off at seven thousand dollar job board so you get a deposit to pay my employees it became a dangerous

Or do you take a pay cut on a job to pay them or do you you get my point I either have to like let them take a little bit of a hit or I have to take a hit and I have to understand where the fine line is for the business to say

Functionable so then you think about you are either getting a deposit or like basically drop a baby and all the desktop Zac so that is very tactical and that's not always been half it doesn't solve the problem no it does what what

Is the time solve the problem yeah so the problem is the way you're conducting business right away you're charging so if it's accounts receivable you gotta think about how you can show them that or you say you know

Because I don't want I didn't want to lose my staff that's fine that's only like you know out of four months a year that's why business there is you're stuck at that that's not just do this small business right you need to expand

So think about if you're more customers coming in you need a lot more customers coming in right so that you can pick and choose and then you need to increase your price right not discounting fair right it's just applying the man yeah it

Could increase the amount of customers you can show don't show your desperation that's a weakness and so you know I've been learning for that and then you tell them this is the way we do business we don't get discount this is how we get

Paid once keep in mind anything that you did you treat your customers how to treat you you treat your vendors how to treat you they think they can push around in a bit the next time you go to push this yeah it's gonna be saying it's
