iOS & iPadOS 13.1.1 Released! What’s New?
yeah what's up guys Sam here iOS 13 point one point one is out right now it was not expecting to see this one anytime soon but Apple has already released it not just one or two but a number of bug fixes and improvements I'm gonna go over all the new changes and features in this update show you guys what exactly change you're excited for that drop like down below hit subscribe for more videos like this in the future and let's go ahead and get started now this update is also out for the iPad is well so if you're running iPad OS 13.1 this update is here for you too and the
Changelog is identical so every change I'm talking about on the iPhone is also applicable on the iPad so already this is the second update to iOS 13 since it dropped just a bit ago and Apple's actually introduced a decent amount of stuff in this bug fix update there are no new features quote-unquote just making sure that the features that are already here are working as expected so first up if you're having issues with your iPhone restoring from a backup that has been corrected in iOS 13 point one and point one now second up on the list here is a fix for battery issues Apple
Rarely if ever talks about negative battery life as a consequence of updating to the latest version of iOS but this time they came out and said if you were having some issues historically after a 13 point O or even thirteen point one we have addressed some issues that should make battery life go back to the expected drain rate and not more than it ever has before if you've got one of the newer iPhones and you were trying to talk to Siri Siri requests have been updated to work as expected this is another weird one where I didn't notice it on my iPhone 11 or 11 Pro but
See your requests were not apparently registering yeah like that Siri request we're not registering as expected so recognition has been improved on again – 11 – 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Mac's jumping over to Safari now if you disabled automatic search suggestions like this there was an issue where they were popping back up even though you disabled them Apple says that that has been fixed in the update according to that note in the changelog Apple introduced a new reminders app in iOS 13 and if you weren't experiencing proper sync across your devices Apple says that
Has also been corrected in the sup day but I think part of the issue could be that the new version of Mac OS Mac OS Catalina with the new reminders app isn't out just yet and then finally there is an issue with third-party keyboards reading some of your data even you didn't allow full access Apple actually talked about this one a few days ago so I knew it was coming in a future software update but essentially if you use a third-party keyboard you don't exactly have to worry about your data being sent somewhere it shouldn't at least without your authentication and
Permission we've got Iowa's thirteen point one point one out already I cannot tell you guys how surprised I am to see this so soon Apple never releases updates this quickly I think the fact that they did is an insanely good sign at how their software team is feeling about iOS 13 they may have released the initial version with some bugs with some serious issues but they've already corrected so many of them and I was 13 has not even been out for a month yet let alone two whole weeks so let me know what you guys think about this down below do you like the update are you
Excited to see about fixing all these bugs early I've had essentially no issues on the newer devices right here I sort of stopped using my 10s and my 10 are but on my newer devices apples pretty much fixed anything that could have gone wrong which is crazy it's really cool to see so that's all I have for you guys in this video if you enjoyed it drop a like down below and hit subscribe for more videos like this in the future I'm Sam hope all of you are doing great and I'll catch all of you in the next is 13 update probably coming sooner rather
