How to Make Your Own Self-Raising Flour | Cupcake Jemma Tips

hello and welcome to Franz and doilies HQ now here our big bakery luckily we have plenty of plain flour and self-raising flour but I do know that a lot of you who struggle to get hold of self-raising flour where you are and so

I get asked a lot how you can make your own so Dana's here to show us all how it's done / – you do sure so and this is a really super simple recipe and I think it's quite a good handy tip to know cuz a lot

Of germs recipes use self-raising flour so what we'll need to do is just put 2 teaspoons of baking powder into 150 grams of plain flour and we're just going to mix them together thoroughly with a whisk and then we'll sift it

Afterwards thanks des thanks Trevor I didn't really do anything but I did bake these cupcakes using your self raising hat no and they've come out perfectly
